Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your relocation schedule with Shree Sai Packers and Movers.
Our standard shifting payment terms require: 80% of the agreed flat rate is payable upon completion of packing and loading at the origin area; the remaining 20% balance is payable prior to unloading your boxes at the destination area. We accept cash, UPI transfers, bank NEFT/IMPS, and online gateways.
Except when explicitly written inside a corporate invoice checklist, standard domestic quotations do not include inter-state border taxes, entry permits, state tolls, or regional octroi charges. These must be paid at actual cost during transit.
Shree Sai Packers is not liable for structural damage to electronic panels (TVs, refrigerators) if they were packed in client-supplied old boxes. Items covered under transit insurance can claim compensation directly from insurance underwriters in accordance with policy documents.
You can change or cancel your shifting date free of charge up to 48 hours before loading. Cancellations made within 24 hours of dispatch will incur a basic administrative fee of ₹1,000.
